Marketing Resources

This page contains links to information and forms that you'll need to request support from the O2 Marketing team. Other resources can be found in the O2 Resources folder on Google Drive inside the Marketing and HubSpot folders.

If you have any other questions, contact a member of the Marketing team directly so we can assist! Please allow a 10-business day turnaround time for all print materials.

Host anything from a pop-up class in the community, to a special themed class, or an educational clinic in the club! The marketing team will help you organize the event, create promotional graphics and flyers, and spread the word over email and social media.

EVENTs

For any events, classes, or clinics that will involve promotion from the marketing team, please email events@o2fitnessclubs.com AND CC your location's GM, FD, and METS with the following information:

  • Event Name and Description
  • Event Date and Time
  • Cost (If applicable)
  • Registration Required or Walk-ins Allowed
  • Number of Participants Allowed
  • Duration of Event
  • Location (for in-club events, please specify which club location)
  • Additional event details (co-hosting with a charity, registration fee going towards a donation, etc.) or how you'd like our help
Monthly Clinics

Personal trainers will submit their clinics to a Google Doc created by the FD or GM. For each clinic, please include the following information:

  • Clinic Name
  • Description of Clinic
  • Dates/Times
  • Time 
  • Duration
  • Number of Participants Allowed

Once the PT team has submitted their clinics, the FD/GM will send them to Zac Cain for edits and approval. 

After the clinics have been approved, the FD will submit the clinics to the Marketing Team using this form.

TRAINER BIO BOARDS

All new personal trainers need to fill out the form below. The information you include will be used to create your bio board in the club and on our website.

This form requires a photo submission. Please follow the photo requirements below:

  • Wearing a black O2 Fitness Personal Training Uniform
  • No name tag
  • Have someone else take your photo (No Selfies/ Selfie Sticks)
  • Be centered in the photo
  • Use a clean backdrop (bricks, painted bricks, painted walls, etc.)
  • Use portrait mode to capture a high-resolution photo
  • Save the photo as a .jpg labeled ‘PT-(First Name)(Last Name)’ before submitting

Local businesses, charities, or fundraising events often reach out to our Clubs requesting a donation, raffle prize, or monetary sponsorship. If you receive these requests, please discuss the opportunity with your Area Director and then submit the request through the O2 Fitness Sponsorship Request Form.

You will need the following information for the Form:

  • Name of the event/organization
  • Contact Name & title
  • Contact's email
  • Sponsorship request (ex. monetary donation/raffle donation/membership donation or trade)
Add/Remove/Update

Use this form to notify the entire Marketing team about changes for these positions: GM, METS, FD and PT. This will trigger account creation for all digital platforms, and allow us to help onboard the team member with Marketing platforms. MET Member Deal Property

MET Members should use HubSpot under the shared Front Desk account. However, on deals, there is a spot to specify the MET Member. Use this form to add a new MET Member as a deal property option in HubSpot.
